- Prepare 4-5 of bread slices.
- It's 2 glass of milk.
- Prepare as needed of Nuts.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of elaichi (cardamom)powder.

- In a pan add two glasses of milk, saffron, food colour (optional), elaichi powder and sugar now cook it on low flame for about 10-15 mins.
- Now make small circle shape out of the bread. Now in a bowl add some chopped almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, Elaichi powder and half teaspoon of sugar and you’re felling is ready..
- Now take one circle made out of the bread and add some feeling on top now add the water to the corners of the bread and add another piece of bread on top and press the side to close it..
- Now add some ghee in a pan and fry the bread made about one minute..
- Now once your milk is 3/4th of the quantity let it cool down. Once it cooled down now add the prepared bread pieces to the Rasmalai and serve..
