- Prepare 2 of Potatoes (grated).

- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Dry fenugreek leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin seeds.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Sabji masala.
- Prepare 2 of Green cardamom.
- You need 1-2 teaspoon of Sugar/ Honey.
- Prepare 3-4 tablespoon of Cream.
- You need 2 of Bay leaves.
- It's 4-5 of Cloves.
- Prepare 1 of Cinnamon stick.
- You need 10-12 of Almonds (4-5 finely chopped).
- It's 8-10 of Cashew nuts (2-3 finely chopped).
- It's 5-6 of Pistachios (finely chopped).

Malai kofta instructions
- In a bowl, combine grated paneer and potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon sabji masala, salt and mix it well..
- Now add all purpose flour into it and mix it and form a dough..
- Now cut small balls from it and then flatten those balls and into it stuff chopped, almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts and raisins and make balls of it and deep fry them..
- In a grinder, add tomatoes, almonds and cashew nuts and grind it into fine paste..
- Now heat 1-2 tablespoon oil in a pan, into it and cumin seeds, bay leaves, green cardamom and cloves and allow it to crackle..
- Now add tomato paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sabji masala, garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves and honey in it and saute it for 10-15 minutes in low flame..
- Now add cream in it and cook it for another 2 minutes or till it start leaving sides of the pan..
- Now add water as per your need and cook it for 8-10 minutes..
- Then add fry balls in it and cook it for 2-3 minutes and switch of the flame..
- Your malai kofta is ready to serve..
