- You need 1 cup of Roughly Chopped Roasted Nuts(almond,pista, cashew,walnuts).

- Roast nuts for 2 to 3 mins, keep aside to cool and then roughly chop. Roast poppy seeds for 1min, remove in a plate and keep aside..
- Remove seeds from dates and make a paste of it by using mixer grinder or alternatively you can easily smash them with hands..
- Take dates in a mixing bowl and add roughly chopped roasted nuts to it. Mix well. Grease hands with little ghee and make cylindrical shape long roll. Smoothen roll in a plate..
- Coat the roll properly with poppy seeds and keep the roll in refrigerator to set for at least an hour..
- Remove from refrigerator and cut in 1/2 inch slices..
- Healthy, delicious Date Rolls are ready to serve..
