- STEP:1 At first for making rice pancakes batter,we have to mix rice flour,all purpose flour,and Jaggery solution in hot water, little bit milk in it with a pinch of salt.The batter should not too thick or too thin for pancakes. - STEP:2 For making khoya khir,take a kadhai/pan on low medium flame and pour 1Ltr milk in it.stir continuosly,add crushed cardamom. After milk reduced to half of the actual quantity,we should add 2spoonsfull of desi ghee and 50gms of date palm jaggery. After 10 mins,add instant milk powder to it and mix well.After a while it turned into kheer consistency (neither too thick nor thin).switch off the gas and leave it for cooling..
