  1. It's 4 of onions.
  2. It's 7-8 of garlic.
  3. You need 1 of small Ginger.
  4. It's 10-12 of kaju.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of poppy seed.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of melon seeds.
  7. You need 1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds (white).
  8. You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
  9. You need 2/3 of elaichi.
  10. Prepare 1 TSP of jeera.

  12. It's 1 of cinnamon stick.
  13. You need 1/4 TSP of garam masala.

Malai kofta step by step

  6. Add fry koftas, cover with gravy, switch off the flame. Let the kofta in gravy atleast half and hour..
  7. Ready to serve with rice or parathas.
