  6. It's 8 of se 10 kishmish.
  7. Prepare 3 of tomato puree.
  8. You need Half of cup milk.
  9. Prepare 1 table spoon of malai.
  10. You need 1 of onion rings.
  11. It's 10 of fried kaju.
  12. You need of Oil for frying.
  13. Prepare 1 table spoon of oil for cooking.
  14. Prepare 1 pinch of hing.
  15. You need 1 tea spoon of jeera.
  16. It's of Ginger garlic paste or tomato garlic chutney.
  17. It's 1 tea spoon of red Chilli powder.
  18. It's 1 tea spoon of haldi.
  19. You need 1 tea spoon of Dhania powder.
  20. Prepare to taste of Salt.

Malai kofta step by step

  14. Take a pan..heat oil.. Add Hing Jeera.. Then add tomato paste and cook til it leaves oil at it's sides.
  15. Now add milk and Malai..Mix well an cook fr 5mins.
  16. Now add fried koftas.
  17. Cook at low heat for 2-3 mins.
  18. Take out in bowl.
