- Chop all the dry fruits place everything in a bowl.. Roughly chop dates,discard their seeds...
- Peel cardamom and crush it's seeds keep aside..
- Grease a tray with ghee and set aside..
- Place a pan on flame pour 1-2 tsp ghee and add chopped cashews, almond,walnut,melon seeds,coconut grated..keep stirring constantly and Roast them for 2-3 minutes on medium flame...
- Take a pan on medium flame add 1 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup water keep stirring...then the syrup will begin to thicken add crushed cardamom keep stirring..Switch off the stove...
- Add all roasted nuts, chopped dates mix well and pour it in a greased tray...
- Leave this to settle down for 20-25 mins..cut them to squares and serve...
