- Prepare 1 bunch of mint Leaves.
- It's 1 cup of Tamarind Paste.
- Prepare 6 of Whole red chili.
- Prepare 1 of tsn mustard seeds.
- Prepare 1 of tbsn whole jeere.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped coconut.
- You need 1 of tsn chana daal.
- Prepare 1 of tbsn mustard oil.

Mint Chutney instructions
- Heats mustard oil in a pan.... Temper the oil with dried red chillies,whole jeere,mustard seeds and chana dal. Fry for about 2 minutes..
- Add mint leaves and chopped coconut and mix well..
- In a blender add in some water with mint leaves mixture,salt,tamarind paste, jaggery grind them..
