Ingredients of Mint Chutney

  1. Prepare 1 bunch of mint Leaves.
  2. It's 1 cup of Tamarind Paste.
  3. Prepare 6 of Whole red chili.
  4. Prepare 1 of tsn mustard seeds.
  5. Prepare 1 of tbsn whole jeere.
  6. It's to taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped coconut.
  8. You need 1 of tsn chana daal.
  9. Prepare 1 of tbsn mustard oil.

  1. Heats mustard oil in a pan.... Temper the oil with dried red chillies,whole jeere,mustard seeds and chana dal. Fry for about 2 minutes..
  2. Add mint leaves and chopped coconut and mix well..
  3. In a blender add in some water with mint leaves mixture,salt,tamarind paste, jaggery grind them..
