Ingredients of Dhaniya Barfi or Panjiri
- You need 1 cup of dhaniya/coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 1/4 cup of powdered sugar.

- First of all heat a wok and dry roast the dry coriander powder. It will take around 5-6 minutes or until your get the aroma. Keep aside.

- Heat a wok, add 1 tsp ghee..
- When the ghee melts, add sugar, 1 cup of water. Mix well..
- Add all roasted ingredients to the sugar mixture and mix well. Switch off the flame immediately..
- You will get a thick paste like that of burfi..
- Pour the mixture on a greased plate..
- Tap the plate lightly from all sides..
- Allow it to set at room temperature for about half an hour..
- Prasad is ready.
