- Take your choice of fruit and chop into pieces/blend. (I personally used a “nutribullet”).
- Measure out how much Non-fat Greek yogurt you would like..
- Add fruit mixture to bowl with yogurt. If you want something even more filling, add granola bunches to fruit purée and yogurt. Mix together and enjoy!!.
