- You need 1/2 cup of milk.

- Take ghee in a pan add suji in it and roast it till it becomes light brown in colour..
- Then add milk and mix well. Switch off the flame. Add sugar, malai, cashew powder, milk powder and mix all ingredients well, cook on high flame for 2 minutes..
- After mixture becomes thicker add pineapple crush in it and cook for 1/2 minute, add 2 drops of yellow colour and mix well..
- Cool down mixture and now make small rolls from it. Roll this Indian Sweet Roll in chopped pistachio and cover with silver vark..
