  1. Prepare 250 gms of fresh paneer cut into strips.

  6. Prepare 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  7. Prepare 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of green capsicum deseeded and sliced.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of yellow bell pepper deseeded and sliced.
  10. You need 1/2 cup of red bell pepper deseeded and sliced.
  11. It's 1/2 cup of tomato deseeded and sliced.
  12. You need 1/4 tsp of haldi powder.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
  15. You need 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder.
  16. It's 1/4 tsp of vinegar or lemon juice.
  17. You need 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
  18. It's to taste of Salt.
  19. It's 2 tbsp of coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing.
  20. You need 1 tsp of ginger julliens.

Paneer Jalfrezi instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan..
  2. Add jeera anad whole red chillies, saute for few seconds..
  3. Add in sliced onion, saute till onion get translucent..
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies, saute for few seconds..
  5. Add capsicum, red and yellow bell pepper, saute and cover with a lid. Cook for 1 minute..
  6. Add in the red chilli powder, haldi powder, vinegar, tomato ketchup, mix well..
  7. Add tomato and garam masala powder, saute for few seconds..
  8. Add paneer, kasuri methi and salt, mix well and cook for 1-2 minute on low medium heat..
  9. Switch off the gas, garnish with coriander leaves and ginger julliens..
  10. Serve hot with naan, paratha or plain chapati..
