- You need 200 gm of Sewai.
- You need As needed of Ghee.
- It's 4 tbsp of condensed milk.
- It's 3 tbsp of milk.

- It's 1/2 litre of full cream milk.

EASY to make, creamy, smooth Mango custard recipe with hint of ginger. It is made from fresh mango pulp, milk, sugar and custard powder. Here I have used vanilla flavored custard powder. But if you get your hands on mango flavored custard powder then PLEASE use that.
Sewai katori mango custard instructions
- First take the sewai and crush it with hands. In a pan add them. Stir it. Then add ghee. Stir it till little brown. Now add ghee and little milk. So that it gets cooked. Now add condensed milk. When it all get mixed. While hot. Put in a round container to give shape. Put it in the fridge to set.
- Now for the custard. Take milk when it comes to boil add the sugar. Now in a bowl take the custard powder take cold milk and mix it so no lumps is formed. Put it in the milk after one boil. Keep stiring. When it becomes thick put off the flame. Now add the mango pulp to the custard.. Mix it well. Add some kaju and kismis. Put it in the fridge.
- Now remould the sewai katori and put the custard. Garnish it with chopped mangoes and serve..
