- Again heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil to it.Add cumin powder.Add onion and saute for a minute.Add grated ginger,garlic and green chillies and the spices.Keep stirring and cook till onion becomes golden brown.Add salt.Now add the tomatoes and cook till tomatoes become mushy..
- Now add all the vegetables and mix well.Cover with a lid and cook on low to medium flame till the veggies are almost 80 percent cooked..
- Add paneer cubes and kasuri methi and again cook for about 5-7 minutes so that paneer absorbs all the flavours.Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with chapati or naan..
