  1. Heat ghee / oil in the pan..
  2. Once the ghee / oil is hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal, chana dal and cashew nuts and fry until they turn slightly browned..
  3. Add onion, green chilli fry until onion turns pinkish in color.
  4. Add carrots and peas and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add the roasted rava and mix well.
6. Add hot water,raisins, salt, and lemon juice chopped coriander and bring it to a boil..
  5. 7. Cover the pan and simmer the heat to low.
 8. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat until rava absorbed the water 
 9. Remove the pan from heat and let the upma rest for 4-5 minutes..
  6. 10. Stir it with a soon and serve hot 11. You can roast rawa with veggies also.
