Ingredients of Mishri Mawa

  1. It's 1.5 litre of milk.
  2. You need 4 tsp of Curd.
  3. You need 5 tsp of Mishri powder.
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  5. It's 1/4 tsp of Crushed cashews.
  6. You need 1/4 tsp of Crushed almonds.
  7. It's 1/4 tsp of Crushed pistachio.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of Raisins.

Mishri Mawa instructions

  1. In a bowl Mix curd and mishri. Keep for few minutes. Curd mishri paste is ready.
  2. Boil milk in steel vessel. Keep stirring continuously. At regular intervals keep on adding curd mishri paste in small amounts..
  3. When milk is reduced to half granules start appearing in milk. Keep stirring continuously and add curd mishri paste at regular intervals..
  4. Slowly whole milk turns granular. Add remaining curd mishri paste. Stir for a while. Add cardamom powder. Stir again..
  5. Put off the flame. Once whole milk has changed to granules do not heat more or the milk granules become sticky and stiff. Cool it down. Mishri mawa is ready Garnish with pistachio, cashews almonds,raisins. Serve hot or chilled. Delicious in taste.
