Ingredients of Pazham Ada
- Prepare 2/4 / of Banana robustapalayanthodan -.
- It's as required of Sugar.
- It's pinch of Salt - a small.
- You need 2 - 3 tbsps of Coconut scraped -.

In 'Ada prathaman', rice flour mixed with molasses is formed into a paste, cut into small pieces and boiled in water. Pazham Ada instructions
- Mash the bananas.add sugar 3-4 tbsp & mix in..
- Add the salt & coconut scraped to this & mix well..
- Now add the wheat flour 1 tbsp at a time & mixing in till u get a thick batter..
- Set this aside for 10 minutes..
- Heat a non stick pan.pour half of-the batter to the pan & spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.it should have the thickness of a paratha..
- Cover & cook this on medium heat till the bottom is slightly browned.turn the Ada & cook the other side without covering till slightly browned..
- Transfer the Ada into a plate & cut into medium slices & serve.
- Make another Ada with the remaining batter..
Banana slices are coated in an all-purpose flour batter and then deep fried. Rice ada, cashew nuts, thinly sliced coconut pieces and jaggery.
