- Prepare 100 gm of (potatoes cauliflower,carrot,mix bell peppers,peas).
- You need 100 gms of onions thinely sliced.
- You need 100 gms of PAneer.
- You need 2 of large tomatoes pureef.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 5-6 of garlic roughly chopped.
- It's 1 spoon of Chilli sauce.
- It's 1 spoon of tomato ketchup.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Kasuri methi.
- Prepare as needed of All dry masala.

- Cut veggies as shown in.
- Deep fry the veggies except onions.and half of the bell peppers.keep aside after frying..
- In a kadai take oil.put one elaichi.put chopped garlic.then saute the onions till light been.then add the bell peppers.then tomato puree.add salt.fry well.
- Add the dry peti masalas.you can add amchur pwder.it's optional.mix well till oil separates.add lil water or masala will burn..
- Then add tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and give a nice stir..
- Finally add the deep fried veggies in the gravy.add the paneer also...
- You can deep fry the paneer..it's up to your choice..
- Mix well.add lil water.about 1/4 cup.cover with lid and let it simmer for about ten minutes.gravy should not b watery.once done garnish with coriander and grated paneer..
- Serve with roti,phulka or naan.
