Ingredients of Mawa Kimami Sewai
- Prepare 150 gm of seviyaan.
- You need 1 litre of milk.
- It's 250 gm of khoya.
- You need 1 cup or as required of Sugar.
- It's 2 tbsp of Desi ghee.
- Prepare As needed of Dry fruits (cashews,almonds, pistachio, kismish,Makhana).
- It's 2-3 drops of Kewda essence.
- It's 1 tsp of Saffron essence or saffron.

Mawa Kimami Sewai instructions
- Put 1 tbsp Desi ghee in a pan and dry roast the seviyaan till golden brown and keep aside. Now in a same pan add 1 tbsp Desi ghee and roast the cashews,almonds, kismish, pistachio till it get light golden avoid over roasting and keep aside..
- In the same pan, heat ghee and fry the fox nuts/makhana till it gets crunchy..
- Now,take a deep pan or kadhai boil the milk. Stir it occasionally..
- When it comes to high boiling stage add sugar in it. Keep strring the milk until it get thickness in milk..
- When milk get thicker add khoya and mix it nicely. Add few drops of saffron essence or thread for a rich colour..
- Now add roasted seviyaan and all dry fruits. cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for ten min..
- You need to now keep this on low heat and cover until the milk is absorbed and the seviyan are cooked completely..
- After that switch off the flame and add kewda essence or water. You can also use few drops of rose water for the good aroma..
- Now cover the seviyaan for at least 10 min more on without flame. So That, seviya will absorb the leftover milk or moist and it comes out with nonstick and lumps free seviyaan..
- Finish off the seviyan by pouring into a serving bowl and allowing to cool. Sprinkle with roasted dry fruits and khoya..
