Lauki gosht ka salan instructions

  1. First cut onion in julian.
  2. Take a wok add onion add oil and fry onion till golden colour.

  9. At this stage add water 4 cups and cover lid for 30 min.

  11. Now after 30 min check if meat gwt 75% done dry water amd bhonify it.
  12. In a mean while cut lauki in cubes.
  13. Then add lauki in bhune salan.
