Shahi sheer khurma instructions
- Chop almonds, cashews, & dry dates, soaked raisin in water.
- In a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee and roast sewai till golden brown colour than remove from pan and keep aside..
- In a same pot add remaining ghee and cardamom saute for a second then add milk in it..
- Boil milk & add dry fruits along with dry dates, boiled till it reduces it's quantity..
- Now add sewai & mava and cook sewai till it's becomes soft..
- Now add sugar in it and cook till sugar dissolves completely, keep the consistency of sheer khurma normal (not thick, nor flowing).
- Off the flame and garnish with some more dry fruits and serve hot..
