- It's 100 gm of Ginger.
- You need 2 tbsp of Jaggery grated.

Grind the fried ginger in a mixer grinder to get it finely crushed. Take a kadai and pour the tamarind juice,add salt,chilly powder and turmeric powder and combine well. Puli Inji is a sweet and sour pickle made with tamarind and ginger. In the southern Indian state of Kerala, it is a delightful part of an Onam or Vishu sadhya meal.

- In another pour 1tsp oil splutter mustard then add red chillies and curry leaves....
