  1. It's 100 gm of Ginger.
  2. You need 2 tbsp of Jaggery grated.

Grind the fried ginger in a mixer grinder to get it finely crushed. Take a kadai and pour the tamarind juice,add salt,chilly powder and turmeric powder and combine well. Puli Inji is a sweet and sour pickle made with tamarind and ginger. In the southern Indian state of Kerala, it is a delightful part of an Onam or Vishu sadhya meal.

  8. In another pour 1tsp oil splutter mustard then add red chillies and curry leaves....
  9. Pour this onto inji puli and mix nicely.
