  1. First in a pressure cooker add the crushed wheat and approx 1.5 water and salt and turmeric mix it cover the lid and cook for about 30-35 minutes on low to medium heat..
  2. In another pressure cooker add all the dal and rice, salt, turmeric powder and 1.5 litre water, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat..
  3. After that open both of the lid automatically..
  4. Meanwhile heat up a pressure cooker with oil add the onion and fry till soft then add ginger garlic paste sauté for few seconds..
  5. Now add all the listed ingredients and little bit water and fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat..
  6. Now add washed beef pieces mix it and fry for 10 minutes on high flame..
  7. After that add 1 cup of water and cover the lid and cook for 1 whistle on high flame and 10-12 minutes on medium flame..
  8. After that heat up a large vessel add the prepared dal and crushed wheat and cook for 5 minutes then add the prepared korma mix and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat till all the flavour mix together..
  9. After 10 minutes switch off the flame..
  10. Now for tadka heat up a pan with oil add the green and onion fry till it turns golden brown then add this in the dal korma mixture with oil and mix it..
  11. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves (optional). Our delicious Hyderabadi beef haleem is ready. Serve hot..
