  5. Prepare 1 pinch of Kesar Strands.
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon of cashew nuts (chopped).

  1. Take milk,milk powder and cream in a pan...add Kesar and cardamom powder stir it continuously till it reduces to half.
  2. Once it turns half add all the nuts and sugar and cook it on high flame and stir continuously for 10 mins don't make it thick the consistency should be thick liquid milk.
  3. Take a matka shaped cups.
  4. Pour the milk in the cups...and then wrap it with aluminium foil and air tight it with a rubber band.
  5. Keep it in the freezer for 8-9 hrs.Garnish it with pistachio and Serve Chilled.
