Ingredients of Egg Curry

  1. You need 5 of boiled eggs.
  2. You need 1 of medium size onion.
  3. It's 1 cup of tomato puree.
  4. You need 1 tbls of ginger garlic paste.
  5. It's 1 tsp of green chilli paste.
  6. Prepare of Regular dry masalas.
  7. It's 1 tsp of garam masala or Maggi masala.
  8. You need 1 tbls of curd.
  9. Prepare of Fresh coriander leaves for garnish.

Egg Curry instructions

  1. Boil eggs.
  2. Remove shell.
  3. In a pan add oil finely chopped onion saute it.
  4. Add ginger garlic green chilli paste saute till golden brown.
  5. Add dry masalas stir well add tomato puree cook it.
  6. When tomatoes cook and mixed with other ingredients add curd and stir it well add 1 tsp ghee for richness you can avoid it too.
  7. Thickness of gravy adjust accordingly.
  8. Either pour hot gravy in serving bowl and arrange eggs cut in roundels or quater.
  9. Or mix chopped eggs in gravy and garnish with coriander leaves and few roundels of eggs.
