Kesar-Pista Shrikhand. This creamy Kesar Pista Shrikhand is one dessert which I make often just because it's so easy and requires minimal ingredients. Shrikhand is an Indian dessert made with thick creamy yogurt. Transfer the hung curd (chakka) to a bowl and add the cardamom powder, powdered sugar, salt and saffron milk and mix until well combined.
First Soak saffron in milk for atleast half n hour.
Take hung curd in a mixing bowl, add sugar and mix well.add cardamom powder and mix.
Now add saffron soaked along with its milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.

- It's 500 gm of Hung curd.
- You need 1 cup of powder sugar or according to taste.
- It's 1/4 tea spoon of cardamom powder.
- It's 1/2 tea spoon of saffron.
- It's of some pista slivers.
- You need of some soaked almonds for garnishing.
