  1. Prepare 1 kilogram of Chicken.
  2. You need 4 of Onion.
  3. It's 2 of Tomato.
  4. It's 1 1/2 tbsps of Ginger paste.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsps of Garlic paste.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Fennel powdered.
  8. It's 1 tsp of Pepper powdered.

  12. Prepare 1 cup of Curd.
  13. You need 1/4 cup of Coconut oil.
  14. It's 2 sprig of Curry leaves.

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with onion,tomato,ginger-garlic paste,fennel,cumin, pepper,Kashmir red chilly,garam masala,curd curry leaves salt..
  2. Heat a pan and transfer the above chicken mix to it.cover and cook with out adding water..
  3. In a pan add 1/4 cup coconut oil and add the cooked chicken mix to it.stir well and roast till chicken is golden brown and all the oil is dried up and coated with the chicken..
