Ingredients of Egg Samosa
- Prepare 4 of Eggs.
- You need 2 of big size Onion(chopped).
- Prepare 1 small or 1/2 of a medium size of red Capsicum(chopped).

- Prepare 2 cup of Cooking oil to deep fry.

- Take onion, capsicum, green chilli,coriander leaves and chop them..

- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai od deep pan..
