Ingredients of Egg Curry

  1. Prepare 4 of whole eggs hard boiled.
  2. Prepare as needed of oil.
  3. You need 4 of tomatoes cooked and pureed.
  4. It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  5. It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  8. You need to taste of Salt.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Fresh chopped coriander leaves.
  10. You need of Paste.
  11. It's 1 of Onion chopped.
  12. You need 1 inch of ginger.
  13. It's 3-4 of garlic cloves.
  14. It's 2 of green chillies.

Egg Curry instructions

  1. First boil the eggs, once done let it cool down. Remove the outer shell of the eggs and fry till golden..
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan or kadai add onion, ginger, garlic paste saute for a few minutes until raw smell goes away..
  3. Add turmeric powder,garam masala,red chilli powder, Coriander powder mix well..
  4. Now add tomato puree salt and eggs. Simmer the egg curry covered for 10-15 minutes until egg coated well..
  5. Serve with rice or chapati..
