- Prepare 4 of whole eggs hard boiled.
- Prepare as needed of oil.
- You need 4 of tomatoes cooked and pureed.
- It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Fresh chopped coriander leaves.
- You need of Paste.
- It's 1 of Onion chopped.
- You need 1 inch of ginger.
- It's 3-4 of garlic cloves.

Egg Curry instructions
- First boil the eggs, once done let it cool down. Remove the outer shell of the eggs and fry till golden..
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan or kadai add onion, ginger, garlic paste saute for a few minutes until raw smell goes away..
- Add turmeric powder,garam masala,red chilli powder, Coriander powder mix well..
- Now add tomato puree salt and eggs. Simmer the egg curry covered for 10-15 minutes until egg coated well..
- Serve with rice or chapati..
