- Add onion and green chillies in a grinder jar, make a smooth paste..
- Now in a kadhai put 2 tbsp of oil, heat it. Add onion and chilli mixture..
- After 2 minute add ginger garlic paste. Fry for atleast 10 minutes. Keep stirring..
- Now lower the heat and add one bowl milk in it. Mix well..
- Then add cumin powder coriander powder pepper powder salt and pinch of turmeric. Cover the kadhai and cook for 3 minutes..
- When the oil separates add eggs. Cook both the side of eggs..
- When the gravy thickens add garam masala and 1 tbsp of cream..
