- It's 1/2 ltr of milk.
- Prepare 4-5 tsp of sugar.
- Prepare 2 tsp of pista ice cream powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of artificial rose essences for ice cream.

Pista Rose Icecream instructions
- First boil with in a 10 minutes.
- Now add sugar.
- Now add artificial rose essences.
- Mix well cook 2,3 minutes.
- Now add pista ice cream powder mix well.
- Ready switch off the gas.
- Completely cool now Once cooled, pour the mixture into 6 kulfi moulds and freeze overnight or till firm.To unmould, allow the moulds to remain outside the refrigerator for 5 minutes and then unmould by inserting a wooden skewer stick in the centre of the kulfi and pull it out.Serve immediately..
