  1. Prepare 250 gms of Chicken -.

Wash the chicken pieces well in water. Put in a bowl, add vinegar and mix well. Then add chilli powder and mix well. Add the monosodium glutamate and mix well.

Chicken 65 step by step

  1. Marinate chicken with red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt and hang curd..
  2. Keep in the freeze for 45 mins..
  3. Heat oil in a wok..
  4. Add rice flour in the marinated chicken and deep fry all the chicken pieces till brown..
  5. 4 - 6 batch wise fry all the chicken pieces..
  6. Flip it..
  7. Again heat oil in a same pan..
  8. Add cumin /jeera seeds to crackle..
  9. Add chopped garlic and stir fry for one mins..
  10. Add 8 - 10 curry leaves,green chilli and garlic paste and some water..
  11. Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder and curd..
  12. Add sugar and salt and add some water..
  13. Add chicken pieces into the gravy and mix well..
  14. Garnish with curry leaves and green chilli..

Next, add the food colour and mix well. Add ginger - garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, curd and salt. Some say it originated in Chennai at a small Indian restaurant.
