Chicken 65 step by step

  1. Marinate the chicken strips with chilli,pepper powders,ginger and garlic paste,salt and lemon juice for atleast 1/2 an hour.
  2. Break an egg into the marinated chicken and add the maida and cornflour and mix well to coat  the chicken.
  3. Now deep fry the chicken in hot oil.drain on tissue.decorate with fried curry leaves & serve.
