  2. It's 5 tbsp of pan masala.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of mix fruit jam.
  4. It's 1 + 1/2 tbsp of cornflour.
  5. You need 3 tbsp of milk powder.
  6. You need 6 tbsp of sugar or honey.
  7. It's 1 + 1/2 tbsp of G.M.S powder.
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp of rose essence.
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of water.

  1. This ice cream is so easy to make and it is perfect dessert to beat the heat... We enjoyed licking the ice cream and I am sure you too would love it....
  2. Firstly in a non_stick pan boil water. Now put pan masala & jam & cook on low flame till water absorbs & you get a thick consistency..
  3. Keep aside and let it cool.
  4. Now take 1 cup milk and add all the dry powder and mix well there should be no lumps.
  5. Now take another pan and keep the milk for boiling. Once your milk is boiled add sugar or honey and mix well. Keep stirring on low flame.
  6. Now add the powdered milk and keep stirring on low flame. Boil it for 8_10 mins. Off the flame and let it cool..
  7. Now add the pan masala paste & rose essence and mix well. Freeze it for 3_4 hours or till it is set..
  8. Remove it from fridge a the leave it for 3_4 mins.
  9. Cut it into pieces & whisk it well till you get a soft and fluffy mixture. It will become double the quantity..
  10. Now pour the mixture in a setting container & freeze it again till it is set. It will take about 5_6 hours..
  11. Your yummy pan icecream is ready to serve.
