  1. Add milk in a pan and cook it on low flame until it reduced to half. Sugar in it as per your taste. Add cardamom powder in it..
  2. In a small bowl take saffron and 2 tablespoon of milk and stir it for a minute.add this Saffron milk into the milk pan..
  3. Now cook this saffron flavoured milk to reach rabdi consistency. Keep this rabdi aside.
  4. In another pan take desi ghee.
  5. Shallow fry bread triangles until bread turns golden brown.
  6. Now make sugar syrup and roll shallow fried bread triangles in this sugar syrup.
  7. Arrange the bread triangles in a serving plate. Pour rabdi on top of it. Garnish it with your choice of dry fruits and tutty fruity..
