- In a same pan add vermicelli saute until it becomes golden colour on medium flame..
- Next add the milk,rose petals,all fried nuts (reserve some dryfrurits fir garnishing) the pan and stir it, stir often in between so that vermicelli doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan..
- Milk will reduce and thicken slightly, at this point add in the sugar and mix it..
- Also add cardamom pd, and rose water mix it nicely..
- Cook for 2 to 3 min on medium heat then turn off the flame..
- Now transfer in a bowl and garnish with some remaining dryfrurits, keep it in a fridge..
- After cooling it becomes to thick so I suggest adding extra milk before serving..
