- Grind tomato to make a paste and keep it aside.now in a mixer grinder put mint leaves +corinder leaves+ green chillies + oil (2 tsp)+ kaju+magaz and some water and grind it very fine to make a paste..
- Marinate chicken with dahi(1 tbsp) + green colour.keep aside for 10 mins.then shallow fry them and keep aside..
- Now heat remaining frying oil of chicken and also add oil(1/4 cup)+ butter when butter gets melt put grinded tomato and saute for 2 to 3mins then add cumin powder +corinder powder+black pepper powder and cook for 1 to 2 mins..
- Then add grinded paste of mint mix it very well.saute it for 5mins then add some water and again saute for 5 to 8 mins.after that add chicken pieces if required add some green colour(for that lovely green colour gravy) and salt to taste and also add 1/2 cup of water.cover and cook 10mins..
