Chole Bhature step by step

  1. For chole, In a pressure cooker heat oil then add cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, hing, chilli powder and tomato puree and saute for a minute. then add soaked chole, 2 cups water and salt. Mix well and Pressure cook for 5 whistles. Allow the pressure to release the steam on it's own..
