Ingredients of Shahi Rasmalai

  1. It's 2 liter of full fat milk.
  2. You need 1 cup of homemade fresh milk malai.
  3. It's 2 cups of sugar.
  4. It's of Dryfruits as per your choice.
  5. It's 4 cups of water.
  6. It's 1 of lemon.

Shahi Rasmalai instructions

  1. Take 1 liter milk and boil it fully then squeeze 1 lemon juice for curdling of milk.
  2. Now rinse all the water and wash the chena with the help of soft cloth after washing hand the chena in soft cloth and keep it aside for 1hour.
  3. Now add another 1 liter milk to the kadai and cook it till it becomes thick by scrapping the sides of the kadai.
  4. Now add malai and sugar to the milk and keep on stiring till it achieve the rasmalai consistency now add little dryfruits and keep aside.
  5. Now remove the chena from soft cloth and take in one plate now Knead it very well and make small sized balls of the chena.
  6. Take 1 cup sugar and 4 cups of water into the idli cooker bring it to boil now add those milk balls into the sugar syrup and steam for 20 mins.
  7. Remove the balls from the sugar syrup squeeze a little and put it in a milk mixture wwhich you have kept aside now add the dryfruits as per your choice and let cool for about an hour.
  8. Then your yummy mouthwatering shahi rasmalai is ready to eat.
