Chole Bhature instructions

  1. Take 3 cup chole in a bowl.soak around 8 hours. Next day drain water and wash. in pressure cooker add salt and hing add water and boil to 7 whistle.once it cools down check whether cooked properly keep aside..
  2. Chole masala: Take a pan add 3 tablespoon oil add all mentioned garam masala fry till they are fragrant. Add chopped onion once it get traculent.add ginger garlic chilli tomato taste. Keep stirring for 2 mins.once oil leaves add alldry masala and saute. Once oil starts leaving.
  3. Add little water and cooked chole. Mix everything and cook till the gravy thickens.cook in low flame. Once cooked serve in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
