Chole bhature step by step
- Cook chola for 7 whistle in a pressure cooker.with turmeric and salt..
- Meanwhile knead the maida with curd and salt keep for 2 to 3 hours.
- Mix all the dryspecies (coriander,turmeric,black pepper,cholamasala, jeera powder, sauf powder) in a bowl add little bit water.

- Make dough of maida and flatten it and deep fry in oil.
