Ingredients of Besan Ke Modak
- You need 500 gm of Gram flour (Coarse).
- Prepare 320 gm of Ghee.
- You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 500 gm of Powdered sugar/b.
- It's 1-1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of Dry fruits chopped- As you like.
Besan Ke Modak instructions
- Heat ghee in a kadai and add gram flour and roast on low heat till a nice aroma is given out - for approximately 10 minutes..
- Add turmeric powder and mix well..
- Turn off the flame and add cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix well..
- Allow the mixture to cool before adding powdered sugar..
- Add sugar and mix properly..
- Take modak mould remove it's pin. Put a little dough in the mould and press it by spoon or finger..
- Then open the mould and place the modak in a plate. Prepare all the modaks likewise..
- Cool and store in airtight container..
