Today I'm posting a variation of the dhal puri roti. Aloo puri is like dhal puri, just that it has potato in it. Now you may wonder why I didn't call it a potato roti, you see a potato roti connotes a different idea in the trini mind. Aloo ki Puri is a fabulous puri with so much flavour ingrained in it that you don't need any accompaniments to complete it! The dough is reinforced with boiled potatoes and a thoughtful mix of spice powders, which gives it a wonderfully soft texture and energetic flavour.
