- It's 1 small bowl of soaked chunks peas.

- It's 1/2 tsp of Some cumin.
- You need 2 of bayleaf.
- It's 2 of sabut red chilli.
- Prepare 50 gram of mustard oil.
- Prepare 1 tbs of kasturi methi.
- You need 1 bowl of all purposes flour.
- You need 1 cup of curd.
- Prepare as needed of Refined oil.
- You need 1 tsp of Baking soda.
- Prepare 2 of black cardamom.
- You need 1 tbs of ginger paste.
- It's 1 tbs of garlic paste.
Chole bhature instructions
- Now heat the cooker add some mustard oil then add bayleaf, cumin, red chilli, black cardamom tempered it then add chopped onion becomes golden it then add grm masala, ginger, garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,chopped tomato stir it properly when u make sure ur spices leaves oil then add socked chunks peas, kasturi methi, salt according ur taste add glass water cover the lid now wait 2 whistle and cook for 10 min on lower flame.....
- In a bowl add flour then add curd, tbsp refined oil, salt, baking soda mix properly then some water knead a dough make a smooth dough rest to 30 min keep aside.
- Now heat the frying pan add rifend oil properly heated then takes a small pieces make a big size puri shape add in oil and deep fry on midum flame.
