- Prepare 1 bowl of soaked white chole overnight.
- You need 1 of tea bag.
- It's of Salt as per requirement.
- Prepare 1 pinch of baking soda.
- Prepare 1 bowl of maida.
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of curd.
- It's 1 tea spoon of baking powder.
- You need of Water 5oo ml.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Ajwain --.
- You need 1/2 tea spoon of Kasturi methi----.

- It's 1 of big size onion, 3 tomatoes, 1 inch giger.
- Prepare 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder.

- First boil chole with salt, water and tea bag,baking soda for 20 min. Now make paste of onion, tomatoand ginger. Now take a pan on flame hot it andadd oil 2 table spoon oil, add cumin seeds and then add turmeric and chilli powder on low flame then add the paste t,then add some salt and propery saute..
- Now add chole masala and boiled chole in pan. Mix it well.chole is ready..
- Take curd and add baking powder in it for 1/2 an hour now add maida, ajwain 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon salt, kasturi methi knead a dough.keep it aside for 2 hours and then take a part from dough, make peda and roll it on chakla and fry it in a kadahi (take very hot oil in it) now bhatura is ready and serve it with chole green chilli and pickle..
