Ingredients of Chole bhature
- It's 200 gm of chhole/ chana overnight.
- It's 2 of onions chopped.
- It's 2 of tomato.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 of Green chilli Chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 2 tsp of Chhole masala.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin.
- It's 1/2 inch of dalchini / cinnamon.
- Prepare 2 each of cloves,elaichi,bay leaves.
- You need 3 tbsp of Oil.
- You need of For bhature.
- Prepare 1 cup of maida.
- It's 2 cup of wheat flour.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
- You need 2 tsp of Ghee.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Curd.
- You need as needed of Oil for frying bhature.
- You need 1/4 cup of Carionder leaves.
- It's 2 tsp of Lemon juice.
- It's to taste of Salt.
Chole bhature step by step
- In a bowl add maida wheat flour baking soda 2 tbsp ghee curd salt and mix well then add how much you want water and prepare the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes. Soak the white chana overnight and next day in the pressure cooker take 3 whistle..
- In a pan and put oil then add jeera and all Khada masala (whole spices) and add onion green chilli, ginger, garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes then add tomato puree in them and add all the dry masala and cook for 5 minutes then add boiled chhole and fry for 5 minutes add water two cups and cover and cook for 5 minutes..

- Take the dough and give the round shapes balls and prepare puris.Heat the oil and fry the puris. Chole bhature is ready garnish with coriander leaves and lemon and onion.....
