Ingredients of Chole bhature
- It's 250 gms of chole.
- It's 1 of tea bag.
- You need 2 of bay leaf.
- You need 4 of cloves.
- You need 2 of dry red chilli.
- You need 1 inch of dal chinni stick.
- It's 2 tsp of Salt.
- You need of Water as required.
- You need of Ingredients for masala.
- Prepare 4 of green chillies.
- You need 2 of grated onion.
- It's 2 of Tomato (pureed).
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's to Taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Garam masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Channa masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Black pepper.
- It's 1 tsp of Kitchen king.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
- You need of Ingredients for bhautre.
- It's 2 cuP of Maida.
- It's 2 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of baking soda.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- It's 1 tbsp of desi ghee.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of curd.
- Prepare of Water as required.
Chole bhature step by step
- Soak channe for 4~5. Hours.
- Put the channe into cooker add bay leaf,cloves,dalchinni stick,tea bag, dry chilli and water as required.
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles and then lower the flame and cook till done.
- In a pan add oil, chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste.
- Saute for a min.
- Add onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add tomato puree and seasonings.
- Add 1/4th cup water and let the masala cook for 4 ~5 min.
- Then add cooked channe and mix well add little water and cook for more 5 miN.
- In another pan add 1 tsp of oil, ginger julliens and green chilli slits of 3 or 4 lightly saute this and put this on channe garnish with coriander.
- In a bowl add all the ingredients of bhatura and water as required to make a dough.
- Make a dough and rest for 1 hour.
- Heat the oil and make bhautre.
- Serve chole bhature and enjoy.....
