Ingredients of Chole bhature

  1. It's 250 gms of chole.
  2. It's 1 of tea bag.
  3. You need 2 of bay leaf.
  4. You need 4 of cloves.
  5. You need 2 of dry red chilli.
  6. You need 1 inch of dal chinni stick.
  7. It's 2 tsp of Salt.
  8. You need of Water as required.
  9. You need of Ingredients for masala.
  10. Prepare 4 of green chillies.
  11. You need 2 of grated onion.
  12. It's 2 of Tomato (pureed).
  13. You need 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  14. It's to Taste of Salt.
  15. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  16. It's 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  17. Prepare 1 tsp of Channa masala.
  18. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  19. It's 1 tsp of Black pepper.
  20. It's 1 tsp of Kitchen king.
  21. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
  22. You need of Ingredients for bhautre.
  23. It's 2 cuP of Maida.
  24. It's 2 tsp of baking powder.
  25. Prepare 1 tsp of baking soda.
  26. Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
  27. You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  28. It's 1 tbsp of desi ghee.
  29. Prepare 1/4 cup of curd.
  30. Prepare of Water as required.

Chole bhature step by step

  1. Soak channe for 4~5. Hours.
  2. Put the channe into cooker add bay leaf,cloves,dalchinni stick,tea bag, dry chilli and water as required.
  3. Pressure cook for 3 whistles and then lower the flame and cook till done.
  4. In a pan add oil, chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Saute for a min.
  6. Add onion and saute till golden brown.
  7. Add tomato puree and seasonings.
  8. Add 1/4th cup water and let the masala cook for 4 ~5 min.
  9. Then add cooked channe and mix well add little water and cook for more 5 miN.
  10. In another pan add 1 tsp of oil, ginger julliens and green chilli slits of 3 or 4 lightly saute this and put this on channe garnish with coriander.
  11. In a bowl add all the ingredients of bhatura and water as required to make a dough.
  12. Make a dough and rest for 1 hour.
  13. Heat the oil and make bhautre.
  14. Serve chole bhature and enjoy.....
