Ingredients of Chole Bhature
- Prepare 250 gm of Kabuli chola.
- You need 1/2 cup of chopped onion.
- You need 1 cup of chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped tomato.
- You need 1 tbsp of chole masala.
- It's 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of chilli powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger.
- You need as needed of coriander leaves.

- Soak your Kabuli chole overnight.Boil it with water and some salt. Grind chopped tomato and capsicum together and keep aside. Precook the chole..
- Now heat the pan. Put oil and onion and cook until it becomes brown. Then add grinded capsicum and tomato paste to it. Add the precooked chole,chilli powder, chole masala and chopped ginger. Pressure cook for 10 mins and garnishing with coriander leaf. Serve with Puri or paratha.
