Ingredients of Chole Bhature

  1. It's of (Bhatura).
  2. It's 1.5 cup of all purpose flour.
  3. It's 1/3 cup of Rava.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of oil or ghee.
  5. You need 1/2 tbsp of sugar.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of curd.
  9. You need of Water for kneading.
  10. You need of Oil for deep frying.
  11. You need of (Choley):-.
  12. It's 1 cup of white chickpeas soaked overnight and boiled.
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  14. It's 1/2 tsp of asafoetida (hing).
  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  16. It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  17. You need 1 tsp of chana masala powder.
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  19. You need 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
  20. You need to taste of Salt.
  21. Prepare as needed of Water.
  22. It's of Whole garam masala :-.
  23. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  24. Prepare 1-2 of black cardamom.
  25. Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
  26. Prepare 1 stick of cinnamon.
  27. You need 3-4 clove of (Lavang).
  28. You need 3-4 of peppercorn.
  29. It's 1 cup of onion+ tomato+ garlic+ ginger+ greenchili paste.

Chole Bhature instructions

  1. Bhatura :- Sieve the flour, salt and baking soda, add rava & sugar add curd and mix well..
  2. Add water and knead to a smooth and soft dough..
  3. Cover the dough with a wet napkin and keep aside for 2 hours..
  4. Make medium sized balls. Apply oil while rolling and roll into an oval or round shape..
  5. Drop the bhautra in hot oil and it with start puffing within a minute..
  6. When the sizzling of the oil stop turn over and fry the other side. When light golden remove the bhatura and drain on paper towel..
  7. Choley:- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds & whole garam masala fry for a minute, add onion+ tomato+ garlic+ ginger+ green chilli paste saute till the oil starts to leave the sides of the masala paste..
  8. Next add all dry spice powder mix very well and saute for a minute..
  9. Now add cooked chickpeas and stir. Add 1 to 1.5 cup water and salt simmer on medium flame for 15 minute till the curry thickens..
  10. Serve choley with onion slices or lemon wedges & Enjoy choley bhatura..
