Ingredients of Sheer Kurma or Sevai
- It's 1 litre of milk.
- You need 200 gms of sevai.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mix dryfruit except walnut.
- You need 6-7 of dates.
- Prepare 6-7 tbsp of sugar.
- You need 1/2 spoon of elaichi & jaiphal powder.
- Prepare 10-12 of strings of kesar.
- It's of Khoya (optional).
- You need 3 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of water.

Sheer Kurma or Sevai step by step
- Take 1/4 cup of water, warm it & add kesar strings & keep it aside....
- Keep medium flame of gas.
- Now take pan.. add 1 tbsp of ghee & roast mix dry fruits(chopped almond,cashews,pista, kismiss & dates).
- Remove all dryfruit, add 2tbsp ghee & roast sevai till it turns little golden brown.
- Once it turns golden brown add 1 litre of milk start mixing well...
- After 2-3 minutes add sugar & start mixing it.
- Now add elaichi & jaiphal powder.
- Add water with kesar strands... Keep mixing it.
- Lastly allow it to boil for 3-4 mins untill it's start thickening.
- Once it starts thickening, close the flame of gas & add dry fruits for garnishing....
- Dry fruits & rose petals can be used for garnishing.
- Khoya or condensed milk is optional.. I didn't use it....
- Serve warm or cold....
